
Well, it happened AGAIN! I went to turn on my xbox last night to watch a movie and was greeted with the nasty RED RING OF DEATH! This will be the THIRD time I am returning this xbox for repair. This is getting ridiculus Microsoft! Give me a NEW system instead of just fixing this old one because it is obvious that this one is FUBAR!
Microsoft should learn something from Apple. My friend had ended up with similar scenario with his I-pod and he got a brand new one. He is very much happy. That is what is customer satisfaction is all about.
